Make Space for Grief

Paperwork, Presence, & Peace

A small-group virtual workshop

Grief doesn’t only live in our hearts — it often shows up when we try to organize paperwork, make plans, or prepare for emergencies.

In this workshop, we begin by tending the body and nervous system through grounding and Brainspotting-informed practices. From that steadier place, participants are introduced to the Crucial Information Sheet and gently supported in beginning this work with care rather than pressure.

This is not about finishing everything.
It is about starting differently.

Participants leave with having started a Crucial Information Sheet, a Crucial Information Sheet for Soul-o-Preneurs in Business, a Self-Brainspotting Guide, and a deeper understanding of how presence can transform even the most overwhelming tasks.

This workshop is for anyone who wants support taking a first step toward contingency or end-of-life paperwork — especially those who know this work matters, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. It is particularly well-suited for heart-led and intuitive people, as it integrates grief-informed practices and Brainspotting with practical planning.

Limited to a small group so you can ask questions, move slowly, and feel seen.
