Guided with Grace

Two seasoned space-holders dedicated to navigating the complexities of the messy middle alongside you. We blend deep empathy with lived experience to offer deep listening, embodied presence, and compassionate curiosity.

Lisa Condon

Lisa brings decades of experience integrating strategy and soul — an executive coach, consultant, and gratitude guide, and also an author, speaker, and Reiki Master. Her gift is bringing the head and the heart into the same room, and her commitment to values-aligned leadership is what makes real growth and transformation possible. She created the Nine Steps of Gratitude, woven through this retreat, and she practices gratitude not as good-vibes-only but as a living verb: the momentum that lets us stay in the hard thing instead of rushing past it.

Megan Malick

Megan brings nearly three decades of guiding people through change — in classrooms, in hospital rooms, in the therapy room. She's a grief guide and vocational doula, which mostly means she stays in the hard, in-between places and invites others to get curious and creative there. Integrating head, heart, and soul with Brainspotting, she helps the people she serves connect the dots. She's an author and facilitator whose Spirals of Grief framework — Survival, Listening, Living. And she built her practice, A New Path, on one quiet conviction: change is loss, loss is grief, and grief, when we turn toward it, becomes a sacred portal.

Supporters for Our Days

On the Mat: Nicole West

Nicole will offer yoga Friday and Saturday mornings. holds the morning movement. Not a workout, not a class to get right nothing to perform and no one keeping score. Just breath and body before the day asks anything of you, so you arrive in yourself before you arrive anywhere else.
Nicole's practice and classes are grounded in the discipline and ritual of Ashtanga Yoga - where the power of breath and movement meet! Her main focus is on breath and body connection; linking each inhale and exhale with every bend, stretch and transition. Integrating chakra focusing work and somatic movement, Nicole strives to create an environment where we can appreciate the ancient traditions of yoga while aligning them with our everyday life.

Behind Everything:

Joe Subacz

Officially: the person who makes sure the house runs, the coolers stay full, and the small emergencies stay small. Unofficially, and by popular demand: Cabana Boy. You won't notice most of what he does, which is exactly the point.
