Grief is not a problem to be solved.
It is a human experience that asks for space
in your real life

Make Space for Grief helps you, your communities, and organizations to
Recognize how grief shows up in everyday life—through loss, change, caregiving, burnout, and transition
Develop shared language for grief that reduces shame and isolation
Learn gentle, accessible ways to support the nervous system and create steadiness
Practice being with grief without rushing it, fixing it, or minimizing it
Make Space for Grief can be brought into family and communal spaces that want to acknowledge the human realities their people carry.
These offerings are especially meaningful for:
Family and friendship circles
Caregiving and helping professions
Leadership teams navigating change
Organizations seeking grief-informed culture and communication
Communities wanting to tend grief without turning it into therapy
Together, we explore how making space for grief supports well-being, clarity, and connection—without overstepping professional boundaries.
Make Space for Grief can be offered in a variety of ways:
Public gatherings Megan initiates and hosts (in person or virtual)
Lunch & Learn sessions introducing grief literacy and embodied practices
Workshops that blend reflection, learning, and practical tools
Half-day or full-day trainings for professional and caregiving spaces
Private gatherings for friend groups, communities, or teams
While every gathering is unique, participants may be invited into:
Grief Education--identifying different kinds of grief
Simple, Sensory-Based Practices--developing practical strategies
Brainspotting-informed techniques-- supporting the nervous system
Reflection, Journaling, or Writing Practices (always optional)
Presence and Meaning Making Rituals (always optional)
