Make Space for Grief

An Invitation

Grief is not a problem to be solved.
It is a human experience that asks for space

in your real life

What is Make Space for Grief?

Grief isn't one size fits all

Neither is Make Space for Grief

Change = loss = grief

Making space for grief changes

how we live, lead, and care for one another

Make Space for Grief helps you, your communities, and organizations to

  • Recognize how grief shows up in everyday life—through loss, change, caregiving, burnout, and transition

  • Develop shared language for grief that reduces shame and isolation

  • Learn gentle, accessible ways to support the nervous system and create steadiness

  • Practice being with grief without rushing it, fixing it, or minimizing it
